With more than 22 years of experience in audit, advisory, company secretarial and taxation services, Miss Fadzilah Binti Mohd Salleh obtained an audit license to become a practitioner in March 2018 to practise under the name FMSalleh & Co. (“FMS”)
Fadzilah Binti Mohd Salleh has gained work experienced in Kumpulan Naga ("KN") which is amongst the leading mid-tier accounting firms in Kuala Lumpur after Working in Chua & Chu in Kota Bharu and Atarek Kamil Ibrahim & Co. In Kuala Lumpur.
Among the industries that have been auditing by her are college and universities While working in Kumpulan Naga, she was assigned as Audit manager for AIMST University (AIMST Sdn Bhd.) from 2013 to 2018 and she also reviewed monitoring accountants report monthly to be submitted to Bank Pembangunan Malaysia Berhad for credit facilities granted to AIMST Sdn Bhd’s related company. AIMST University is one of the best private universities in Malaysia for Medical courses. This experience allowed her to attain in dept knowledge of private medical school in Malaysia.
Other industries under her helm are constructions, Medical Services, property devlepoment, trading, manufacturing, hotel, plantation, oil and gas and many more.
Apart from that she also sit on the board of TRC Synergy Berhad (a public listed Company) as Independent Non Executive Director , Audit committee member, Sustanability committee chairman and a member of Nominating And Remuneration committee.
In 2018, she became an Industry Adviser of LimkokWing Uninversity’s faculty of Business for Banking And Finance program.
With her vast experiences in many industries she has become a place of technical reference from other audit firms and corporations in Malaysia.
